Administrative Assistant
We are a small nonprofit located in downtown Fort Worth seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays to organize and execute administrative/office duties, and provide support to the President and Vice President of Programs.
The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include general administrative support to staff, volunteers, and board members. Additionally, experience with a variety of office software and technology (spreadsheets, database entry and query) is necessary.
Responsibilities

Maintain the office organization and procedures
-
Conduct clerical duties, including copying, filing, mail merges, responding to emails, preparing documents

Ordering supplies and working with vendors
-
Organize office operations and procedures
-
Financial coordination: pay bills, prepare budget, maintain QuickBooks online and regularly review financials
-
Data entry and query
-
Other duties as needed and assigned
Requirements
-
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
-
Proficiency in MS Office, GiftWorks Online, QuickBooks Online, ability to learn new software

Skill and experience with copiers/printers, and computers
-
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and work independently

Attention and accuracy to detail and problem solving skills

Strong organization and planning skills
Desired

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
